How much will it cost?

Our prices vary based on the size of your home. Our booking process is all online and is super quick. Click “Book us!” at the top of this page to get started. It takes less than 60 seconds to see your price and to schedule a booking. Let us know how many bedrooms and bathrooms you have and you’ll be on your way.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring all of our own cleaning supplies, products and equipment. If there are any special products or supplies you would or would not like us to use, let us know in the “special instructions” section when booking, or alternatively, email us at [email protected]

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Of course! Please login to you account and add any parking instructions to your booking notes.  Alternatively, you can contact us here and let us know.

How do I change my password?

You can quickly handle that by signing into your account right here.

How do I reset my password?

You can quickly handle that by clicking the “login” button to sign into your account right on our website (link’s at the bottom). From there, click “I forgot my password” and you will be able to make password changes.  Alternatively, you can contact us here for any assistance.

How do I change my address?

How do I book my first appointment?

We’ve made it super simple to book your appointment. It can be done in 60 seconds or less! Click here and you’ll be on your way.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Can you haul away my junk?

We will take away any trash that we collect and generate at your home, but unfortunately, we cannot take boxes, extra trash, or any other ‘junk’.

Is there anything you specifically cannot clean?

Our insurance does not allow us to move any big furniture. If you want us to get under your couch or behind your armoire, we will be happy to, as long as they are moved for us. But don’t worry, we will move your ottomans and clean under them!

Our insurance also does not allow us to get on ladders or anything higher than a step stool. So we can’t be able to clean windows or fans higher than ~8 feet. We have extension rods that can clean cobwebs as high as ~15 feet.

What is the added Pet fee?

We love pets and have no problem working with them in your home. The Pet fee is for the extra time and love necessary to clean pet hair.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

In one word, yes. Maid For Atlanta is a licensed and insured. In addition, all cleaners with Maid for Atlanta undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. It’s a priority around here! If you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out to us as soon as possible. You can shoot us an email at [email protected] or give us a ring at 404.913.2505. We will make it right!

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Absolutely. We use full encryption and we do not store your credit card information. The full processing is handled by our credit card processor, Stripe.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. All Maid for Atlanta cleaners undergo background checks as well as in-person interviews.

What is your 200% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We absolutely stand behind our work and our dedication to providing insanely good customer service. If you’re not pleased with your cleaning, we’ll come back. If you’re still not pleased, we’ll refund your money.
